Refunds & Returns Policy
We accept return or exchange requests in the following cases:
- The product arrived damaged
- The product is not working
- The product does not match the description
You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
We do not accept returns for products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
Shipping-related costs depend on the case.
We issue refunds within 5–10 days after the return request is approved.
