excellent quality! It came very well packaged and with its manuals and charging cables. The sheets it comes with are not for tattoos.
Received in good condition and well cared for its packaging, works well, easy to use and load files to print, satisfied with the product, one must be very careful with the charging device at 5 volts and no more than 2 amps, anything above that damages the printer irreparably.
Damaged box but it seems that the printer works well... I will continue watching how it functions, hoping it hasn't taken any hits... because the box was in very bad condition.

The printer is good, prints perfectly, the app is clear, but there's one thing: if you're a tattoo artist, you'll need to trim the transfer paper.

The printer is fine, right now I've used it alone with thermal paper and the result is quite decent if you adjust the documents or images in the app. Now, it comes without configuration and when starting it according to the manual, it gives you the feeling that it's defective. Thank goodness I already knew the case that it could arrive like this, and after doing a deep reset, it worked well. Shipping with CTT as usual, 3 days for delivery, they never call, never deliver, and because we went to complain at the headquarters for three days otherwise, without the package because they sent it back. Ctt horrible as always but what matters is the printer for tattoos and such 4/5
